Ron Groves is the newest member of Paul's knowledgeable sales staff. He has been in the marine industry since 2004, is a competitive bass fisherman, and he also sits on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Bass Federation Nation (OBFN).

Rod McCumber is the Parts Department Co-manager whose specialty is his expertise in the marine mecanical and electrical fields. He is certified in Honda outboard, Polaris ATV and PWC, is factory trained and has experience with Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo, Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Nissan, Tohatsu and Chrysler.

Jason Gilbert is Paul's excellent Service Advisor who has been in the marine industry since 1998 and with Paul's Marine since 2003. He has a certification in Mercury/Mercruiser and is also Honda Auto certified. Jason also has an Acc. Degree in Automotive Tech.

Jeff Paul is the eldest of Jerry's three sons and has been in the marine business and at Paul's since 1993. As an Outboard Tech, he is Mercury Certified and is also certified in Verado, EFI, 4 stroke/2 stroke and Optimax 1,2, and 3.

James "Jimbo" Aurand is a Service Technician with expertise in Mercruiser and Volvo Penta. He has been in the marine industry since 1997 and at Paul's Marine since 1998. His certifications/awards include: MMI Marine Mechanics Institute Graduate, Mercruiser, propellers I, EFI I, DOT Know How, Alpha and Bravo certifications, and Volvo Penta SX Certification.
